Want to exchange ?

  • Items purchased on the site can be exchanged up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the item, with a home delivery cost of 29 NIS.
  • The item you would like to exchange for will be sent back to you by courier, and when you receive the shipment, give the courier the items you would like to return.

Want to return ?

  • Items can be returned for a site credit or refund within 2 days of receiving the item in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, minus a 29 NIS shipping fee. For more information, contact us on WhatsApp. 050
  • No credit or refund will be given for shipping fees.

Notes and additions

  • In the event of a transaction cancellation after the product has been shipped to the customer, a full refund will be given for the item purchased and not for the shipping fees. The refund will only be made after the shipment has been received and inspected by monte employees.
    The credit will be given on the condition that the product is returned without use and/or defect and/or damage. If the product is returned other than as stated in this section, the customer will not be credited (neither a monetary credit nor a credit voucher). It is clarified that monte has the sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned product.
  • Any credit will be transferred to the credit card used to make the reservation only, and in accordance with the credit card company's schedules.
    Upon cancellation of the transaction, the payment method provided by the user will be credited, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS - whichever is lower.
  • Direct cards cannot be credited, so Direct card holders are eligible to receive credit on the site.
  • It is clarified that no financial credit will be given for products for which no monetary consideration was paid, such as promotions or gifts.
